For over 40 years, we have provided superior service to our customers. Our experience and commitment to excellence combined with our Can-Do attitude has earned us a reputation as one of the finest machine tool alignment and calibration service organizations available today.
It all began in 1982 by selling, servicing and installing ACU-RITE DIGITAL READOUT SYSTEMS for manual machine tools. The addition of a Hewlett Packard Dynamic Laser Alignment and Calibration System in 1986 enabled us to take a “hands-on” approach calibrating these systems; over time we have gained extensive experience aligning and calibrating numerous makes and models of Manual and CNC Precision Machine Tools.
We have continued to focus our efforts on improving the alignment and accuracy of the many various makes and models of precision machine tools from calibration only all the way through to On-Site rebuild of alignment geometry including, evaluation, recommendations, implementation, completion and laser verification. Some examples of an On-Site rebuild are; a Mori-Seiki MV-80, a MAKINO Horizontal CNC Mill MCB-1510 (four at one customer), an OM CNC VTL, an OKUMA CNC Mill, Toyoda Horizontal CNC Mill FA-450 (two at one customer) and FA-630 Horizontal CNC Machining Center, a G&L MC-60 Horizontal 6” Spindle and a PRATT WHITNEY manual jig borer. These projects and many more give us invaluable “Hands-On” experience in many areas of machine tool service including but not limited to, mechanical alignment and repair, electrical / electronic troubleshooting and repair, CNC Laser calibration.
